a)Name and identity document number or CUIL of the individual or legal entity making the request. b)Name or corporate name of the Purchaser and its Unique Tax Identification Code (CUIT). c)Legal domicile established in the City of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca Catamarca, and/or official electronic domicile, at which communications from the Bidding Committee (CAP), as well as all Resolutions and/or Circulars issued or adopted, shall be deemed valid and effective upon notification to any person present therein. d)Contact telephone number. e) Actual domicile and telephone number.
